Senior Interim Pastor: Rev. Dr. Steve Lytch

Steve is a Presbyterian minister from the United States. Since 2007 he has been an interim minister at eight churches, guiding them through their transition between pastors. Prior to that he was an installed pastor in Virginia, New Jersey, South Carolina and Kentucky.

Steve’s undergraduate degree is from the University of North Carolina. He holds graduate degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary and the University of Pittsburgh. His international experience includes a year of study in Scotland and seven years as a volunteer with the World Communion of Reformed Churches. He is on the board of directors of American Pilgrims on the Camino, an organization that supports the Camino de Santiago.

Steve’s wife Carol is President of Lancaster Theological Seminary in Pennsylvania. Their son Bill is married and lives in Texas. Their daughter Katie recently moved from Spain to the U.S. with her husband and three young children.

Sam Gyorfi 2
Associate Pastor: Sam E. Gyorfi

Sam and Jenna Gyorfi moved to Switzerland from Denver, Colorado in July 2016 to serve with IPC. Sam is a graduate of Wheaton College and Denver Seminary and has participated in ministry in California, Maui, Chicago, and Denver.

With a long history of youth and young adult ministry, Sam is excited to continue in the calling to ministry and teaching. With a passion for theology and exploring scripture, he considers it a privilege to grow together with the IPC congregation in knowledge and understanding.

Sam and Jenna enjoy hiking and running with their border collie Roland and look forward to exploring Switzerland through cycling and skiing.
